Computer Repair Tech is in!

Last week was crazy! While most of the work was setting up the computer repair space we actually did not have our Computer Repair Tech working all last week. His first day working as a computer repair tech was today.

While 90% of my experience of repairing computers is in Apple and phones I have done a few repairs with PCs as long as they use Linux. Not saying that I can not repair a Windows laptop it is just it will take me longer. So I am happy that our Windows repair guy is in the house.

Fast and Knowledgeable

Like I said before I have been in this line of work for some time and I have seen many windows repair techs. They all seem to take forever with their repairs. Not our tech. I was impressed with how fast he was able to replace the hard drive with an HP all-in-one computer with an SSD.

While we are still setting up parts of the shop’s repair space and require his attention. He was still able to repair two computers today.

Good with customers and honest

One of the things I hate about computer techs is that many of them are not very good with people. So watching Felipe work with customers to find the correct solution for their problems not only puts a smile on my face but our customers too!

I think this is going to work out nicely for everyone!
