We’ve officially launched our brand-new Help Desk—and no, you don’t need an appointment. Just walk in, bring your troublesome tech, and we’ll jump into action like IT superheroes (minus the cape, but maybe wearing a Doctor Who shirt).
💡 What’s the Help Desk?
The Help Desk is our dedicated tech-fixing zone, designed to handle all those frustrating issues like:
- “My emails won’t open on my iPad”
- “Windows says it’s updating… again”
- “Why is my MacBook speaking Klingon?”
- “I clicked something and now it’s all weird”
We cover Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, iPads and probably even that ancient Nokia you’ve kept for sentimental reasons. (Okay, maybe not that last one.)
⏱️ Pay Only for What You Use
Here’s the twist: we don’t charge a full $150 an hour unless we actually spend an hour helping you. We’ve installed a timer—yes, a literal timer that you can see—to track how long your tech issue takes to solve.
🕒 Need 12 minutes? That’s all you pay for.
🕒 Solved in under 6 minutes? Just the $10 minimum.
🕒 Need a bit longer because your tablet has been cursed by a digital gremlin? No worries—we’ll let you know as we go.
You see, we hate the old-school model of “you broke it, now pay a fortune.” Our motto has always been:
“We want to take your money—but for the right reasons.” 😄
🧠 No Appointments (Yet)
Right now, it’s walk-in friendly. Pop in, say hello, and we’ll get your devices sorted. No long waits, no receptionist who looks at you like you’re speaking Elvish, and no pushy upsells.
But fair warning: once word gets out that LithGeek is the go-to spot for honest, friendly, and actually helpful tech support, we may need to start booking appointments. So take advantage while you can!
