It depends on what needs to be repaired, how long it takes to get the parts and how many jobs are before you.

No…. because nobody has that much space. Just holding Samsung phone parts for every model would cost more than an our rent on or shop … then the parts depreciate in value. So while you have to wait its is cheaper for you that we do not have parts in stock.

Yes and no.. Depends on the part and how hard it is to get hold of one. Some parts are easy to get hold of. Some are extremely expensive (Apple parts tend to be too expensive for most customers) So while we do use third party parts they have the same warranty as original parts.

Yes we stand by our work. While some companies try to find every possible way to weasel out of honouring the warranty we will always give you an honest answer about the repair and if it is our fault or not.

We would rather have you as a customer than to save a buck or two.

A lot of people do not know this but computer repairs requires a lot of equipment and special environment that prevents ESD. The static in your carpet can actually kill an opened computer. So can not do in home repairs of your computer.
