Think of it as a “tech support pit stop” — you don’t need an appointment, you don’t need to book weeks in advance, and you don’t need to stress. Just bring in your device, grab a spot at the Monkey Bar, and one of our techs will help you get sorted.
💡 What’s the Monkey Bar?
It’s our version of the Genius Bar, but friendlier (and more affordable). Whether it’s your Mac, PC, phone, or tablet, we can help with:
- Email login issues (yes, even when you’ve forgotten that password again 🙃)
- iCloud, Google, or Microsoft account headaches
- Software problems on Mac, Windows, Linux, Android, or iOS
- File wrangling (“where did my downloads go!?”)
- Device setup or basic lessons (great for beginners or seniors)
- General troubleshooting when your tech is just being… weird
And because we charge in 6-minute blocks at $80/hour (with a $10 minimum), you only pay for the time you actually use. If you just need 12 minutes of help, that’s all you pay for.
🚫 What We Don’t Do at the Monkey Bar
We like to keep things clear, so here’s what the Monkey Bar isn’t for:
- Printer hardware issues (we don’t wrangle those beasts 🖨️🙅)
- Broken screens or physical repairs (those need a check-in)
- Warranty jobs (we’re not Apple or Samsung authorised)
- Remote or phone support (you gotta bring the device in!)
But if it’s something we can help with on the spot, we will.

You’ll find the Monkey Bar inside MacMason / Lithgeek at 85 Main Street, Lithgow. We’re walking distance from the train station, with parking out the back and on the street.
